Hospitality
A service robot operating as a hotel workflow endpoint
A multi-floor hospitality rollout where room-service dispatch, elevator handoff, guest wayfinding and live operations telemetry are treated as one robotics system.
6h
Overnight Window
Guest-service missions run during low-staff, high-response overnight hours.
30kg
Payload Class
Secure compartment capacity for towels, amenities, parcels and room delivery.
<80ms
Obstacle Loop
Frame-to-plan updates for lobbies, corridors and low-light recovery.

Languages
Arabic and English prompts for guest-facing wayfinding and arrivals.
“The service robot is not a novelty in the lobby. It becomes part of the building workflow: dispatch, elevators, compartments, arrival alerts and recovery.”

The site had to become readable to the robot
Hotels need predictable service during the hours when staffing is thinnest. The hard part is not a single delivery. It is moving through lobbies, lifts and guest corridors while keeping staff informed when a route is blocked or a guest interaction changes the mission.
Maps, workflows and telemetry move together
Alpha mapped public and back-of-house routes, configured elevator and access workflows, and connected dispatch events to mission state. The service robot reports location, payload status, arrival confirmation and exception events to the fleet console.
Operational robotics instead of a standalone device
The result is a robotics workflow that can support overnight amenity delivery, wayfinding and staff handoff without forcing hotel teams to supervise every movement.
How the deployment works
Each capability is tied to a business workflow: the robot sees the site, chooses a safe action, records the mission and keeps operators informed when reality changes.
Request
A staff member or PMS event creates a delivery, wayfinding or amenity mission.
Route
The robot selects a mapped guest-safe path with lift, restricted-area and corridor rules.
Handoff
Elevator and access states are handled as part of the mission, not as a separate manual task.
Confirm
Arrival, compartment access and exceptions are written back into the fleet record.
Dispatch
Room-service tasks become tracked missions
Orders, amenities and towel requests are converted into robot jobs with destination, payload, ETA and escalation rules.
Less front-desk interruption
Elevator Handoff
Multi-floor routing without staff escort
The robot pauses at lift points, negotiates building access, resumes on the target floor and logs each handoff.
Real multi-floor service
Guest Interaction
Arabic and English prompts for public spaces
Wayfinding, arrival prompts and safe-stop states make the robot legible to guests in lobbies and corridors.
Guest-ready behavior
Telemetry
Every exception is visible to operations
Blocked routes, low battery, door waits, payload access and arrival events feed the live fleet console.
Night-shift visibility
Guest Service
The robot operates inside the guest journey, from lobby wayfinding to secure amenity delivery.
Building Handoff
Elevator, access and PMS events become mission states instead of manual staff follow-up.
Live Operations
Managers see routes, assists, battery state, payload status and arrival confirmation in one view.
6h
Overnight service coverage
Amenity and room-service tasks continue during low-staff windows without hiding exceptions from the team.
1
