1. Agreement Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to Alpha Robotics products and services, including robot vacuums, humanoid robots, companion units, service robots, fleet operations software, firmware, models, APIs, integration support, pilots, training, maintenance and related documentation.
A signed quote, purchase order, service agreement, pilot agreement or statement of work may include additional commercial terms. If there is a conflict, the signed commercial document controls for that deployment.
2. Products And Deployment Services
Alpha Robotics may provide hardware, docks, accessories, spare parts, mapping services, route commissioning, elevator or access-control workflow review, fleet dashboard setup, firmware staging, model configuration and operator training.
Deployment work is based on the agreed site information. Changes to the floor plan, operating hours, restricted zones, elevators, access systems, network conditions or workflow requirements may require additional configuration or a revised scope.
3. Site Readiness
Customers must provide a safe and suitable operating environment for robots. This includes clear routes, reasonable floor conditions, known restricted areas, safe charging or docking locations, network access where required, and staff procedures for alerts, exceptions, consumables and emergency stops.
Robots are not a substitute for site safety controls. The customer remains responsible for occupational safety, visitor safety, building rules, signage, supervision and compliance with local laws.
4. Acceptable Use
Robots and software must be used only for approved workflows and in the environments for which they were configured. Customers may not bypass safety controls, modify firmware without authorization, disable required sensors, reverse engineer software, overload payload systems or operate robots in hazardous or unapproved areas.
Alpha Robotics may suspend remote services or support if a deployment creates a safety risk, violates applicable law, interferes with system integrity or uses the products outside the agreed scope.
5. Fleet Software, Firmware And APIs
Alpha fleet software, firmware, models and APIs are licensed for use with approved Alpha Robotics deployments. Ownership of software, model logic, firmware, documentation, tooling and related intellectual property remains with Alpha Robotics or its licensors.
API access, telemetry streams, firmware release channels, model updates and integration permissions may be limited by plan, region, system capability, security requirements and the customer environment.
6. Pilots, Acceptance And Benchmarks
Pilot success should be defined before deployment. Common benchmarks include route completion, dock success, battery runtime, obstacle recovery, manual assist rate, uptime, elevator handoff reliability, delivery confirmation, map confidence and operator response time.
Performance can vary by site conditions, lighting, floor material, Wi-Fi or network quality, elevator availability, crowd density, furniture movement, cleaning load, payload weight and staff workflow. Benchmarks are not guarantees unless expressly written into the commercial agreement.
7. Support And Maintenance
Support may include remote diagnostics, software updates, firmware staging, map review, route tuning, replacement parts, scheduled maintenance and field service where available. Response times and service levels depend on the selected support plan.
Consumables, wear items, batteries, cleaning parts, wheels, brushes, filters, sensors and cosmetic parts may be subject to separate replacement schedules, exclusions or charges.
8. Payment, Orders And Taxes
Pricing, payment terms, deposits, recurring fees, subscription charges, delivery costs, installation fees, taxes and cancellation terms are set out in the quote, invoice or commercial agreement.
Late payment may result in paused support, delayed delivery, suspended software access or other remedies allowed under the agreement and applicable law.
9. Warranty And Limitations
Any product warranty is stated in the applicable order or service document. Unless otherwise agreed, Alpha Robotics does not warrant that robots will operate without interruption in every site condition or that every integration will be available for every building system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Robotics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of data arising from use of the products or services.
10. Updates To These Terms
Alpha Robotics may update these terms as products, software, support models and legal requirements evolve. The version published on the website applies unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
