Privacy Policy

Privacy for robots operating in real buildings

This policy explains how Alpha Robotics handles robot telemetry, maps, sensor signals, support records, website data and customer communications.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect contact details, company information, site requirements, support requests, demo inquiries, order records, account credentials, user roles and communications submitted through the website, sales process or support channels.

For robot deployments, we may process robot telemetry, dock status, battery state, firmware version, model version, route events, mission outcomes, map confidence, assist events, fault codes, consumable state, integration logs and service history.

2. Robot Sensors And Mapping Data

Depending on product line and configuration, Alpha robots may use cameras, LiDAR, depth sensors, proximity sensors, microphones, touch input, wheel odometry and other onboard signals for navigation, obstacle detection, docking, interaction and safety behavior.

Maps may include room boundaries, zones, restricted areas, dock points, routes, elevator or access handoff points, service counters, floor transitions and operational metadata required for repeatable work.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, scope pilots, configure deployments, generate maps, commission routes, monitor fleet health, stage firmware releases, support integrations, troubleshoot issues, improve products and maintain security.

Telemetry and diagnostics help us understand uptime, battery health, dock reliability, perception latency, route confidence, manual assist rate, payload workflows and other performance benchmarks.

4. Local Processing And Cloud Features

Alpha Robotics designs deployments around practical data controls. Some perception, navigation and interaction features may run locally on the robot or local controller. Other features, such as remote fleet dashboards, OTA updates, support diagnostics, integrations or analytics, may require cloud connectivity.

Available local-first and cloud features depend on the robot line, selected plan, region, customer network and integration requirements.

5. Sharing And Integrations

We may share information with service providers, integration partners, distributors, maintenance partners or infrastructure vendors who help us deliver, host, support, maintain or secure Alpha Robotics products and services.

If a customer enables integrations with PMS, BMS, elevator, access-control, fleet, ticketing, analytics or other building systems, relevant workflow data may be exchanged with those systems according to the configured permissions.

6. Retention

Retention periods depend on the data type and deployment configuration. We retain account, order and support records as needed for business, tax, legal and warranty purposes. Robot logs, maps, telemetry and media-related data may be retained according to customer policy, support needs and enabled product features.

Customers may request changes to retention settings where supported by the product and agreement.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical and operational safeguards designed to protect robot systems, fleet software, APIs, support records and customer information. These safeguards may include access controls, role permissions, logging, secure update channels and environment-specific deployment practices.

No system is perfectly secure. Customers should maintain strong account controls, approved network access, physical security for robots and docks, and clear internal procedures for users with administrative permissions.

8. Your Choices

Customers can contact Alpha Robotics to ask about account data, deployment data, integrations, retention settings, support records and available privacy controls. Certain requests may be subject to identity verification, contract terms, legal obligations or technical limits.

Website visitors may control browser cookies and tracking settings through their browser or device preferences.

9. International Operations

Alpha Robotics operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and may work with customers, service providers and infrastructure systems in other regions. Data may be processed where we or our providers operate, subject to applicable laws and contractual safeguards.

10. Contact

Questions about privacy, data handling, robot telemetry, site deployment settings or account information can be sent through the Contact page or the support channel listed in your agreement.
